Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Visit customer sites and vendor offices for coordination and project updates.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups.
  • Resolve site-level issues and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as operations, logistics, and accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitors.
  • Strong understanding of web design, UI/UX, web development, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales and operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage both office and field responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel for site and vendor visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,514.67 - ₹62,757.03 per month
