About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and well-organized Sales & Product Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our tailor-made travel services for both Foreign Independent Travelers (FITs) and group clients . The ideal candidate will be operational from day one, supporting the sales cycle from initial quote to final invoicing.


Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks crucial to our sales and operational workflow, including:

  • Quotation and Proposal Creation: Designing and preparing detailed, tailor-made proposals and quotations for FIT and group clients.
  • Rate Negotiation: Engaging with suppliers (e.g., hotels, transportation) to negotiate competitive rates.
  • Costing and Pricing: Preparing accurate costings and generating professional client quotes.
  • Booking Support: Assisting with the end-to-end process of bookings and confirmations.
  • Financial Administration: Handling client invoicing and managing necessary follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
  • Operational Flow: Actively helping to maintain a smooth and efficient operational flow for every client file.


Qualifications & Skills


We are looking for a highly capable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

Required:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of operational experience in the tourism industry or a closely related field. We need someone who is already familiar with operational processes, as time for full, comprehensive training will be limited.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with international clients and suppliers.
  • Work Style: Highly organized, smart, dynamic, and proactive with a strong ability to think on their feet and work autonomously.
