Sales and Service Application Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Service Engineer who will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical support for our industrial equipment. This hybrid role involves both sales growth and hands-on service delivery to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, product performance, and business success.

Key Responsibilities Sales Functions

• Promote and sell company products to existing and new customers
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Follow up on quotations and ensure successful order closing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Meet assigned sales targets and support overall company revenue goals

Service Functions

• Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
• Provide customer training on product operation and safety
• Ensure timely service response and customer issue resolution
• Maintain accurate technical service reports and parts consumption records

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams – sales, production, logistics, etc.
• Report market trends, competitor insights & customer feedback
• Support after-sales service and warranty claims

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
2–5 years’ experience in industrial equipment sales & service
Strong technical knowledge in Compressors, Vacuum Pumps & Blowers
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capability
Willing to travel frequently for customer site visits
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
