Role description:

This is a performance-led sales role for professionals who are comfortable owning revenue outcomes. You will manage the sales cycle end-to-end, work closely with leadership, and grow through consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue outcomes across the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure
• Lead conversion-focused sales conversations across inbound and outbound channels
• Build urgency through value-based selling, objection handling, and confident negotiation
• Maintain rigorous follow-up discipline and pipeline visibility to maximise conversions
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through consistent execution
• Partner with leadership to sharpen pitches, refine strategy, and improve conversion metrics
• Own conversion outcomes across inbound calling, follow-ups, and face-to-face customer engagements.
