Sales and Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical, with a proven track record in sales and service .

Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.

Service:

• Provide technical support and after-sales service for medical and aesthetic equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment usage and maintenance.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and service of medical and aesthetic equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
