Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage, guide, and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving conversion rates, and maintaining a positive and disciplined team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and communication skills.
  • Monitor daily sales performance through call monitoring, field visits, and CRM updates.
  • Allocate leads efficiently, track follow-ups, and ensure timely conversions.
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings to review performance, challenges, and action plans.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and performance analysis to management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns escalated by team members in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.
