Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our finance team.
This role is remote (work from home) with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily communication in clear, simple English (emails, calls, documents).
  • Draft and manage correspondence through Outlook and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports in Excel & Word.
  • Assist in processing basic banking and finance-related tasks (training provided).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of banking and finance processes.
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Email handling.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Job Details

  • Work from Home (Temporary, with potential to become Long-Term).
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
  • Competitive salary and commission on each sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
