Sales Assistant - Lifting Division

We are looking for a dynamic and technically qualified Indoor Sales Executive with experience in the trading of industrial lifting and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Material Handling Solutions and be confident in managing high volumes of inquiries and transactions in a fast-paced trading environment.

Product Line:

• Hoists & Trolleys
• Wire Rope Slings
• Polyester Round Slings
• Riggings & Accessories
• Magnetic Lifters

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and telephonic sales inquiries professionally.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close orders.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and provide technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales of industrial lifting/material handling equipment (trading industry experience is a must).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle large transaction volumes efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/sales software/CRM.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must Know to communicate in Hindi and English

Salary:

AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience)
