Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, identify their needs, provide product information and recommendations, and assist with product selection.
  • Sales & Transactions: Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle returns, and promote current sales and offers.
  • Store Operations: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable, create and maintain visual displays, and ensure the store is well-stocked.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, receive and organize new deliveries, and assist with inventory checks.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of store products, services, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
  • Support: Address customer complaints, handle basic administrative tasks, and collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals.
