Job Title: Sales Assistant / Coordinator (Freshers Welcome)

About the Role:
Yasmac Equipment Rental & Repairing LLC (Dubai) is hiring a Sales Assistant / Coordinator to support our Sales Manager. This role offers great exposure to the equipment rental and construction industry, with opportunities to grow into a sales leadership position.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales tasks.
• Prepare documents (delivery notes, tax invoices, quotations, daybooks).
• Communicate with clients and handle inquiries.
• Support in closing sales and following up on leads.
• Coordinate with logistics/operations for smooth deliveries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience in sales support/admin is an advantage.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome!
