Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals about career goals and suggest suitable courses or programs.
• Handle incoming leads through calls, emails, and chat; follow up on potential prospects.
• Understand the learner’s profile, requirements, and preferences to provide accurate guidance.
• Explain course details, structure, duration, and career outcomes effectively.
• Maintain records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools.
• Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Meet weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with students to encourage referrals and renewals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
