This position is located at our Creve Coeur, MO office. This is NOT a remote position.

Westin Trading, Inc. is a national trading company based in Saint Louis Missouri. Focusing on business-to-business sales, we have become a leader in the wholesale grocery industry.

We supply retail grocery chains and large wholesalers.

Our primary business is buying and selling full truckloads of nationally branded grocery products.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work with our Account Managers. The Ideal candidate will posses’ previous purchasing experience. You will assist current Account Managers in their day-to-day activities, such as creating Purchase Orders and Sales Confirmations to our customers. Plus other related tasks.

Candidates do have the opportunity of transitioning into a Sales position with the company if so desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers with purchase transactions and sales confirmations.
  • Assist creating Purchase Orders, Sales Confirmations, along with other documents.
  • Update customers on existing orders
  • Assist with organizing shipments to customers.
  • Assist with maintaining product for sale in Company computer system.

Skills:

  • Must possess accurate order entry skills.
  • Must be able to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
  • Must have good Excel skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize within a fast-moving environment.
