Job Role: Sales Assistant– Odoo & Zoho
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in IT or software consulting and a strong passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role is perfect for someone skilled in lead generation, B2B sales, and selling tailored software solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing the right solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and scraping tools.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.
- Present and recommend software solutions that best fit client requirements.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Analyze client business challenges and propose suitable IT services and solutions.
- Work closely with internal and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, software consulting, or a related service-based field.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a solid record of meeting sales objectives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead scraping platforms, and outreach systems.
- Good understanding of software implementation processes and client onboarding workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-driven, organized, and capable of performing well in a fast-paced work environment.
