Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries.
  • Provide product knowledge, features, and recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Guide customers to specific product sections within the hypermarket.

Sales & Merchandising

  • Arrange shelves, racks, and displays according to planograms.
  • Replenish stock regularly to ensure full availability of items.
  • Ensure products are properly priced and labelled.
  • Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and special promotions.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Assist in receiving, checking, and stocking merchandise.
  • Conduct daily or weekly stock counts as required.
  • Report stock shortages, damages, or expired items to the supervisor.

Store Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
  • Ensure all products are stored safely and neatly.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and anti-theft procedures.

Billing & Support

  • Assist at the checkout counter during peak hours when required.
  • Pack customer purchases neatly and ensure proper handling of goods.

3. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or hypermarket experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic sales techniques and customer handling.

4. Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and handling merchandise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
