Job Description:

We are hiring a Remote Sales Assistant to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about customer interaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and product information via phone, chat, or email
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote products and services to meet sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Support the sales team with daily remote tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Key Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
• Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
