We are looking for a confident, friendly, and sales-driven Sales Assistant who can interact with parents, explain packages clearly, and convert walk-ins, calls, and online leads into bookings.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people and closing deals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
|Sales & Customer Interaction

• Handle walk-in customers, calls, WhatsApp & Instagram leads
• Explain birthday party packages, activities & add-ons clearly
• Pitch coordinator-led games for kids and adults
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Event & Package Sales

• Sell birthday party packages, group bookings & events
• Upsell add-ons (food, activities, special experiences)
• Share pricing, availability, and offers confidently

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Maintain lead records & booking details
• Follow up with interested parents & corporates
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth event execution

Customer Experience

• Ensure parents feel informed, confident & excited
• Handle basic queries and resolve concerns politely
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS

• 0–3 years experience in sales, front desk, or customer handling
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Comfortable talking to parents and families
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls & follow-ups
• Energetic, presentable, and persuasive personality
