Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in fine or fashion jewellery retail and understands the importance of luxury service, product knowledge, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients
• Assist customers with jewellery selection, styling, and gifting advice
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain the presentation and security of high-value jewellery items
• Support inventory management, stock counts, and merchandising
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in jewellery retail is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of luxury customer service
• Confident, well-presented, and professional
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with high-value products
• Flexible availability, including weekends
