Asst. Sales Manager - Tiles, sanitary ware, furniture and interior fit out solutions

This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about driving sales growth, leading teams, and building strong customer relationships across both office and site environments.

Premium Tiles, sanitarywares, interior design solutions, furniture for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities;

✔ Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals

✔ Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams using data-driven insights

✔ Set sales targets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement

✔ Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

✔ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support informed decision-making

✔ Collaborate closely with Civil, Interior, and MEP divisions for a coordinated sales approach

✔ Manage internal project requirements requiring material support from the Designer Gallery

Candidate Requirements

Graduate with 8–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership.

Retail or showroom management experience, preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, furniture, or interior decoration/fit-out products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.

Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build long-term relationships.

Pay: BD1,100.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
