Job Description & Main Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive at VALOUR will play a key role in developing, nurturing and driving business growth through developing and attracting new clients, new market opportunities and partnerships, oversee growth projects, achieving sales projections and forecasting revenue.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Creating development plans, forecasting sales targets and growth projections
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
• Communicate and liaise with Clients; Presenting proposals, negotiating and closing deals
• Liaising with colleagues to develop and align marketing strategies with overall growth objectives
• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
• Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
• Producing weekly and monthly reports for management
• Other related tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related field

Skills and competencies

• An enthusiastic and committed fresh graduate, or
• 1-3 years experience in business development or sales related fields
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask with strong time management skills
• Effective customer service skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

Pay: BD500.000 - BD550.000 per month
