Sales Assistant

Lead Generation: Utilise cold calling and other effective outreach strategies to generate new leads. Identify potential clients within the Karachi area and initiate contact to introduce our printing and packaging solutions.

Client Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate client database. Enter all client interactions, including inquiries and follow-up actions, ensuring all data is current and accessible.

Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure continued interest and satisfaction with our offerings. Address any queries and provide additional information to aid their purchasing decisions.

Support Sales Manager: Provide generated leads to the Sales Manager and assist with the initial stages of client engagement. Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for review.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and enhance client engagement processes. Participate in team meetings to discuss targets and strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the Karachi region. Use this information to adjust lead generation tactics.

Event Participation: Occasionally participate in industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote our products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
