Job Summary

A Sales Assistant supports the sales team in daily operations, assists customers, manages product information, and helps in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by providing product information and guidance.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain and organize product displays and stock.
  • Handle billing and basic sales transactions (if required).
  • Maintain customer records and follow up with clients.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/store for product availability.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the sales area.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic sales and customer handling skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office or billing software (preferred).
  • Teamwork and problem-solving ability.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualification

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or retail (Freshers can apply).

Work Environment

  • Retail store / Office / Field support (as per company requirement).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
