Sales Support & Customer Interaction

Require Product Knowledge about Pipes, Fittings and Flanges

• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing technical details, and suggesting suitable piping materials.
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up with customers, and ensure timely order execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Respond promptly to customer emails, calls, and RFQs (Request for Quotations).

Product Knowledge & Technical Support

• Have a thorough understanding of pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets, and other Oil & Gas piping materials.
• Guide customers on material specifications, grades, and applications as per industry standards (ASTM, ASME, API, etc.).
• Coordinate with the procurement team to check stock availability and source required materials.

Order Management & Coordination

• Process sales orders and ensure timely documentation (purchase orders, proforma invoices, and delivery notes).
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm lead times and pricing.

Market Research & Business Development

• Stay updated on market trends, new piping material requirements, and competitor activities.
• Assist in identifying potential new customers and markets for business expansion.
• Support marketing efforts by helping with promotional activities and exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
