Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales manager in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data, and regularly generate business reports.

2. Oversee the full process of customer order follow-up, coordinating with supply chain, warehousing, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Establish and maintain customer files, and conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and needs analysis.

4. Handle daily administrative tasks of the sales department, and promote cross-departmental collaboration and information sharing.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in the food, health supplement, or broader wellness industry is preferred.

2. Proficient in Excel and other office software, with a grasp of basic data analysis methods.

3. Strong business communication skills and a customer service orientation.

4. Detail-oriented and efficient, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

5. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.

Pay: From Rs410,000.00 per month
