Sales Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our driver and chauffeur recruitment operations. The role involves assisting in sourcing, contacting, and onboarding candidates for various driving positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting drivers and chauffeurs for the company
• Contact potential candidates and explain job opportunities
• Follow up with applicants and maintain communication
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Support the team in daily recruitment and sales activities
• Help in onboarding process of selected candidates

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
• Basic understanding of recruitment or sales process
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Active, responsible, and well-organized
• Experience in similar role preferred but not required

Pay: AED1,799.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
