Sales Assistant

EPSEA Middle East is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The successful candidate will assist with quotations, customer follow-up, delivery coordination, purchase orders, and communication between customers, suppliers, and our factory. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Follow up on inquiries and customer requests.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and update customers on order status.
• Communicate with the factory regarding production and delivery requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain related documentation.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications.
• Assist in coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
• Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
• Female candidate preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per hour
