Sales Assistant

Life World Medical Supplies is looking for a Sales Assistant.

Job Description:

• Promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare products while identifying and meeting customer needs.
• Assist healthcare professionals and customers in selecting suitable medical products and equipment.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, particularly newly introduced medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Explain product features, functions, proper usage, warranties, and maintenance instructions.
• Examine products for damages, expiry dates (where applicable), and packaging accuracy before releasing them to customers.
• Replenish display stocks and ensure product availability in the selling area.
• Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing product displays.
• Greet customers professionally and provide prompt assistance.
• Assist elderly customers, persons with disabilities, and patients requiring additional support by helping carry purchased items when needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• A valid UAE driver's license is an advantage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical supplies, or medical equipment industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn technical product information and recommend appropriate medical equipment based on customer needs.
