Job Summary
The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, POS transactions, and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Inform customers about promotions and special offers.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail/sales experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems.
- Presentable and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
