Sales Assistant, ENDO - KSA

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant, ENDO, to join our team in Saudi Arabia through the TAMHEER program. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their academic background in a healthcare setting and support initiatives that improve patient care and access to medical solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Checking all orders upon receipt from Accounts
• Verifying UPN / description, quantities / pack, and price
• Requesting IPAT from the sales team if needed
• Following up with Customer Service on order dispatch
• Monitoring shelf life information sent by Customer Service
• Coordinating with Operations on rejected deliveries for redelivery or rescheduling
• Managing back order reports to prioritize allocation
• Ensuring all back orders are completed and shipped
• Following up on FT blocks to ensure release
• Maintaining clear communication with Customer Service on order status

What We're Looking For :

Eligible for TAMHEER :

• Registered in TAQAT
• Not currently registered in GOSI
• No prior TAMHEER participation

Skills and Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders locally and internationally
• Hands-on, result-oriented mindset
