Sales Assistant for Water filtration and Water treatment company (Ladies Preferred)

Silver Corner Trading LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the sales team in the water filtration and water treatment division. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in clients.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for order processing and delivery updates.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and documentation.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Support in preparing tenders and technical submittals.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role (water treatment industry experience is an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of water filtration/treatment products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
