Sales| Assistant Manager- KSA Market

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Manage r to support the KSA Sales Manager, drive front-line sales activities, and help expand our presence in the KSA market. The responsibilities of the Assistant Manager –KSA include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the KSA Sales Manager in day-to-day market operations and client management.
  • Drive front-line sales activities in KSA, including prospecting, follow-ups, and order generation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, order details, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in managing key accounts and strengthening relationships with clients in the assigned markets.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide market insights to support planning and business development.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets for KSA and potentially Pakistan markets.
  • Travel to KSA one week per month for client visits, account management, and business development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Direct experience in KSA market is essential.
  • Strong front-line sales skills: prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and order generation.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting sales managers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, supporting cross-functional alignment and success.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required, strong English communication skills.
