Responsibilities
We are looking for an
Assistant Manage
r to support the KSA Sales Manager, drive front-line sales activities, and help expand our presence in the KSA market. The responsibilities of the
Assistant Manager
–KSA
include, but are not limited to:

Support the KSA Sales Manager in day-to-day market operations and client management.

Drive front-line sales activities in KSA, including prospecting, follow-ups, and order generation.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, order details, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high-quality service delivery.
-
Assist in managing key accounts and strengthening relationships with clients in the assigned markets.

Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide market insights to support planning and business development.

Contribute to achieving sales targets for KSA and potentially Pakistan markets.

Travel to KSA one week per month for client visits, account management, and business development.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the sales team.
Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.

Direct experience in KSA market is essential.

Strong front-line sales skills: prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and order generation.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting sales managers.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, supporting cross-functional alignment and success.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Fluency in Arabic is required, strong English communication skills.
