Hiring Solar sales Executive (Field work)

Location - Sarkhej

Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Prospect new clients through methods like networking, cold calling, and door-to-door visits to identify potential customers for solar installations.
  • Client interaction: Meet with customers to explain the benefits of solar power, assess their specific energy needs, and answer questions about products, costs, and savings.
  • Site assessments: Visit customer locations to gather technical information, evaluate the site for solar feasibility, and determine the best solution for their needs.
  • Proposal and sales: Prepare and present customized, techno-commercial proposals to clients, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
  • Sales target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through effective market engagement and business development strategies.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure future business.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure the successful and timely execution of installations.
  • Market awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends, government policies, competitor activities, and new solar technologies and products.
