Job Title: Solar EPC Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a resource for Solar EPC Sales to handle the sales of Solar Project — from lead generation to deal closure. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in any sales domain who are enthusiastic about transitioning into the renewable energy sector. Solar industry experience is not mandatory —only expecting a steep learning curve with good attitude.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, digital outreach, and referrals
· Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
· Prepare and present solar quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs
· Coordinate site surveys with internal teams and ensure data collection
· Negotiate and close deals with residential and commercial clients
· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status
· Educate customers on solar energy benefits, ROI, and installation process
· Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
· 2 to 5 years of experience in sales (Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, or similar sectors)
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
· Comfortable with on-field visits and client interactions
· Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM usage)
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
· Experience in B2B or B2C sales roles
· Knowledge of solar or electrical systems is a plus (not mandatory)
