Sales assistant/coordinator/receptionist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhelum for a Sales Assistant/Coordinator/Receptionist. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team through organizing schedules and documentation. The role also involves serving as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and creating a welcoming and professional environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Proficiency in customer service techniques to ensure a positive client experience
• Sales acumen to support the business team in meeting targets and closing deals
• Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and email communication
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced office environment
• Prior experience in sales or administrative roles is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or administration is a plus
