Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 - 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, a strong network of channel partners and HNIs, and a sharp understanding of market dynamics to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance
  • Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
  • Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
