Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to promote and sell products/services.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered to confidently present and address client inquiries.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and customer needs by asking the right questions and using appropriate sales techniques.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Data Entry: Accurately maintain CRM records with updated information regarding prospects, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Follow-ups: Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and close deals effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
