Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Forex and Commercial Trading sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets, currency trading, and commercial commodities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our trading products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell Forex and commercial trading products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions and trading strategies.
• Keep up to date with market trends, financial news, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct onboarding and initial training for new clients on using the trading platforms.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing and trading teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Forex, CFD, or commodity trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of the financial markets, particularly FX and commodities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, cTrader) is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
