Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and maintaining an organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and customer service standards.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective engagement with customers and team members.
