Sales Associate

Location: Karachi (Clifton block 5)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Time Zone)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This role is focused on scheduling appointments and enrolling clients, primarily from the medical industry, for medicine dispensation services. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries and outreach from clients in other industries as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the medical field to schedule appointments.
• Handle inbound calls from existing or potential clients and provide appropriate information.
• Enroll clients from various branches into our services.
• Maintain a professional and informative interaction with medical professionals and decision-makers.
• Record and update call outcomes and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Assist in follow-ups and lead nurturing to close the client onboarding process.
• Support sales activities for us in other industries when required.
• Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high-volume calling.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
