Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in engaging potential clients, promoting our financial products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers or leads in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable trading, training, or financial solutions.
• Promote and explain company services, campaigns, and offers to potential customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product and sales knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred — experience in financial services (Forex/Crypto) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
