POSITION: BECOME A PROFESIONAL SPORTS EXECUTIVE! The Reading Rebels, LLC, our newest and brightest Star in Reading PA now has an entry-level position opening as a sales associate!!

TEAM: A professional basketball team, operating out of, and playing home games in the ever exciting and expanding City of Reading PA, we are gearing up for the 2026 season kicking-off in March. While winning basketball games, gaining exposure, and promoting players to the NBA are priorities, it takes a committed group of professionals to make the team a success off the court. Here is your chance to join this team and community oriented staff who, with your hard work and dedication, will lead the team to a successful fourth Season!!,

JOB DESCRIPTION: With a focus on ticket sales and sponsorships and advertising packages. Job duties will include but not be limited to:

• Contacting potential customers
• Corporate partnership activation; sponsorship fulfillment.
• Call Sheets; Entering collected data into our CRM system.

JOB DESCRIPTION-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT aspect: This position will be heavily focused on being part of the team's sales department in which you will communicate with local businesses, set new meetings with local company leaders, and show them how they can benefit and grow through a relationship with the team. You will be trained to sell corporate partnerships (advertising) and especially season and group ticket packages on a year-round basis.

OTHER DUTIES: You will part of a true team, the one behind the team on the court. As such, you will participate in other duties with your colleagues at the Rebels office to better the position of the business as needed and directed by the team's President.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
