Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate – Admissions to join our dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our courses, guiding prospective students, and achieving admission targets through effective communication and counseling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online admission inquiries.

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures.

Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM or Excel.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.

Assist in organizing seminars, career counseling sessions, and open-house events.

Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and external partners.

Provide daily and weekly reports to the Admissions Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education sector preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and lead management tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

15,000 – 25,000 per month (plus incentives based on performance)
