Job Title: Sales Associate

Department: Business Development
Reporting To: Sales Team Lead / Managing Director
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Commission-Based (with potential conversion to full-time upon achieving KPI targets)

Position Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving the firm’s business growth by identifying prospects, introducing consultancy services, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients. This role demands excellent communication, client relationship management, and sales presentation skills, combined with a strong understanding of corporate services, management consultancy offerings, and UAE business setup dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to target businesses and individuals requiring consultancy services (management, HR, accounting, legal coordination, compliance, etc.).
  • Approach potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce company services.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert digital enquiries into confirmed leads.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Present the firm’s service portfolio clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
  • Explain consultancy packages (e.g., Core Advisory, Comprehensive Advisory, Accounting Add-ons) and tailor proposals based on client needs.
  • Attend client meetings and assist in closing service agreements in coordination with the management team.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and conversion targets as assigned by the Sales Team Lead.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and referral programmes.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding service progress and renewals.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Gather client feedback and relay suggestions to management for service improvement.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the operations, admin, and accounting teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain records of leads, prospects, and closed deals in the CRM system.
  • Submit weekly performance reports and sales activity summaries.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops.

5. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Represent the firm professionally in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Promote company content, campaigns, and updates through social and professional channels.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, profiles, presentations).
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to identify promotional opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresher / 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within consultancy, legal, HR, or service-oriented industries in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory; Arabic an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve monthly KPI targets and lead-to-conversion ratios.
  • Maintain updated client and lead databases.
  • Exhibit professional conduct and uphold the firm’s brand integrity at all times.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and revenue growth.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Commission-based structure with competitive rates per client conversion.
  • Additional incentives upon achieving or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Eligibility for full-time employment and visa sponsorship upon successful KPI completion (typically after 3 months).
