HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Are you passionate about luxury retail and creating exceptional client experiences? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the world of fine jewelry and timepieces that the Boutique team has to offer?

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive a personalized and memorable experience, fostering long-term relationships and contributing to the boutique's success.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

In this role, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for delivering a unique client experience before, during, and after each sale. You will proactively develop your client portfolio while also contributing to the daily operations of the boutique.

Among Various Responsibilities, Your Main Missions Are To

  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Master the sales process to provide exceptional client experiences, exceed targets, and confidently handle negotiations.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive engagement, CRM activities, and participation in Maison events.
  • Contribute to Boutique Operations: Support daily operations by adhering to policies, assisting with inventory, and implementing visual merchandising guidelines.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in luxury retail sales or similar, with a proven track record in achieving targets and building client relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury goods (jewelry/timepieces preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM and POS systems.
  • Language: Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
