The Sales Executive – Admissions will drive enrollments by converting incoming enquiries into successful admissions. The role is focused on consultative selling, proactive follow-ups, and delivering a seamless learner experience throughout the admissions cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective learners and understand their requirements.
  • Present Uni Athena’s programs clearly, highlighting key features, learning outcomes, fees, and enrollment benefits.
  • Follow a structured sales process to qualify leads, handle objections, and convert prospects into admissions.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads until closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Record all conversations, follow-ups, and lead movements accurately in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for newly enrolled learners.
  • Ensure high-quality, professional communication across all channels—calls, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, or outreach initiatives as required.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the team to improve enrolment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales; EdTech or admissions experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and high call volumes efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
