1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursuenew business opportunitiesthroughproactivelead generation. Research and analyze markettrendsto identify potential clients. Site Visits –Ongoing projectsin every area.

2. Client Engagement: Establish andmaintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, andindividual homeowners. Conductregularsite visitsto understand clientrequirementsand offersuitablesolutions.

3. ProductKnow how: Understand and know all of BuildDeli’sand BuilddeliPro’s products and services. Customize solutionstomeetthe specificneedsof clients.

4.Networking: Attend industry events,trade shows, and networking functionsto expand the company'spresence in the market. Collaborate with internal teamsto enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industrydevelopments.

5. Target Achievement: Based on the project completion. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

6.Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate salesreports, forecasts, and otherrelevant documentation. Maintain comprehensiverecords of customerinteractionsin the CRMsystemorOfficedocuments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
