Sales Associate

Duties and responsibilities

· Responsible for handling and solving the client queries within a framed timeline as their compliance advisor.

· You need to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

· Contacting customers via phone, email, instant messaging and in-person to make sales

· Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities and secure compliance of business

· Also need to act as single point of contact (SPOC) for documents collection of Company Act Compliance & Returns, Intellectual Property Registration, Trademark Registration, Professional Tax Returns, GST Compliance & Returns & Income Tax Returns.

· It is not a hardcore sales lead generation job, but Client Calling for coordination and relationship management for collection with existing Client, follow-up for renewal of Services & Subscriptions as a upselling & cross selling.

· Develop contacts and build good Business Relations with Clients. And to ensure minimum refunds and maximum Positive Feedbacks.

· Law graduates, MBA or BBA graduates can apply.

· Candidates must have a strong background & Knowledge of sales with over 1-3 years of experience.

· Candidates having relevant experience can apply for this opening.

• Must have the proven ability to translate the client need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions.
• Strong Convincing and negotiation skills is a must.
• Sound communication skills – Oral, Written & Mail Communication plus Excellent proficiency in English.
• A positive attitude, sales skills and ability to quickly learn are add-on advantages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
