Job Description

Job Title: Sales Associate

Department: Retail


Role Purpose:

The Sales Associate supports store operations by assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards to ensure a positive shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet customers and assist with product selection and inquiries.
  • Promote products, offers, and in-store promotions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.


Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
  • Restock shelves, price merchandise, and assist with inventory control.
  • Support smooth store operations by coordinating with team members.


Compliance & Store Standards

  • Follow store policies, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Maintain professional conduct with customers and colleagues.
  • Attend required trainings and meetings and support other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with customer focus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
