Location: Lahore | Type: Full-time | Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Work Mode: Onsite

At ARN Financial Advisors, we are dedicated to empowering the Pakistani community through financial literacy and wealth creation. We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team and assist in expanding our client base.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a key support system to the Sales Lead. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients—specifically high-net-worth individuals within the Pakistani community—and managing the administrative backbone of our sales operations. This role is designed for someone eager to learn, as it offers direct mentorship and a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional phone calls to prospective clients, focusing on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Assist the Sales Lead in daily operations, scheduling, and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
• Manage sales data with precision, ensuring all client records, call logs, and interaction history are updated and organized.
• Educate potential clients on our services and value proposition in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client information.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Urdu and English) with a polite and professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage data and records accurately.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn sales techniques and financial concepts.
• Basic understanding of financial literacy or a genuine interest in the finance/investment sector is a major plus.
• Ability to work strictly onsite from 9 AM to 5 PM.
