Sales Associate

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Sales Staff to join our team in the Newborn to 7 Years Garments, Accessories & Shoes department. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting families in selecting appropriate clothing, footwear, and accessories for children, while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally, guiding the selection of products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Sales Performance: Actively promote and sell garments, accessories, and footwear, achieving both individual and team sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the store’s merchandise, including the latest trends, sizing, and fabric care for children’s apparel and footwear.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards for presentation.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and organizing stock in the store.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale customer service, handling inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
