Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Associate with a technical background and minimum 1 year of experience in Facility Management or related services. The role focuses on generating new business for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Works. Candidates currently on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for AMC contracts and facility management works.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as required.
• Support in preparation of technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for accurate scope definition and contract handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support AMC renewals and upselling.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report sales activities to management.

Language Proficiency

• English: Fluent
• Hindi: Professional
• Arabic: Conversational (preferred)

Package

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,200
• Sales incentives / commission (if applicable)
